There are three forms listed here - Bespoke gowns are for having a custom gown created; Alterations are for new gowns that you purchased and need to have fitted; Heirloom gowns are for gowns that have been worn or altered before. Please fill out the form that best suites your needs as they all ask specific questions! And please be patient with me - it’s just me here so I typically can’t respond to you the same day; and in peak wedding season (March-October) you may not hear from me the same week, but I will get to you eventually!
